The Role 

My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior PPC Manager to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the COO, this role will spearhead a brand new project as we expand into the casino industry, focusing on crafting and implementing effective PPC strategies that align with our business goals. This role is pivotal in driving our expansion, so we are looking for someone with a strong background in the space who can drive this new project forward and make a significant impact on our growing business.

The Core

Lead the setup of the new PPC vertical within the casino industry from the ground up.

Define strategic goals and develop tailored PPC campaigns that align with the unique dynamics and regulations of the casino market.

Oversee the creation and management of PPC campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms tailored for the casino industry.

Implement tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor PPC campaign performance rigorously. Use data to optimize bids, adjust ad spend, and improve ROI while maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Collaborate with the team to ensure that PPC strategies are cohesive and integrated with overall business objectives. Ensure clear communication and alignment on goals and strategies.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and changes in the online casino industry. Apply insights to develop innovative strategies that keep our PPC efforts ahead of the curve.

Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and profitability of PPC campaigns.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a PPC Manager or similar role in the casino or gaming industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to effectively interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate the unique challenges of the casino industry.
  • Experience in handling substantial advertising budgets and optimizing spend to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Leadership qualities to eventually manage and guide a team, even potentially from scratch, as the vertical grows.
