Due to exciting new changes and growth, a fast-growing performance marketing agency are looking for a Paid Social Manager to join their Paid Social team in Central London,

You will be part of the business continuing success and expansion, with the agency having already grown the headcount by 300% in the last 4 years: meaning there are consistently exciting new projects to be involved in.
Duties & Responsibilities
As Paid Social Manager you will have the opportunity to take the lead on the planning and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc, while working closely with clients to report on your success.
Additionally, your role will involve:
• Being hands on with the activation and management of Paid Social campaigns across the breadth of social media platforms: Such as Meta, Pinterest, TikTok etc.
• Continual tracking, reporting, analysis, and optimisation of the Paid Social campaigns you manage.
• Budget management of the client accounts you work on and oversee.
• Client relationship management, being responsible for account management and growth.
• Recognise opportunities for upselling and account growth.
• Team management, as you manage up to 8 Executives and Account Managers
Skills & Experience
The business if offering a long-term commitment to your growth within the agency, with regular salary reviews and a career development plan for rapid progression. The business does ask that you have:
• 4+ Years of Paid Social experience.
• Hands on experience with activating and managing Paid Social Ad campaigns.
• Ideally experience working on ecommerce campaigns.
• Performance focused campaign experience is desirable.
• Strong communication skills, as you work within your team as well as with other departments across the business.
• Strong previous experience with data analysis, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel etc.
• Be motivated and results driven, using analytics to inform decision making in a fast-paced environment.
